Strength and Conditioning is different than Body Building. Strength and Conditioning is moving heavy weights and with quickness and power. This includes Squats, Deadlifts, Bench and other lifts such as Cleans. This is a different way to train for another goal. I am a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach
